the delicious memory
of what used to be
numerous anticipated moments
now turned into
sour seconds of agony
waiting for what no longer makes its presence known
in the belly of my heart
savoring the memory of the kisses that consumed me.
creating a new recipe
for a flavor that compliments
my favorite condiment
even if it appears ive run out..
i still get full off the delicious memory
